New Leadership Team in the North America Region

Following the recent decision to form a three-person leadership team for our North America (NAM) region, we would like to announce who those individuals are. This new team will assume responsibility as of August 1, 2019 and report directly to our COO Jochen Müller.

As of August 1, 2019, a three-person leadership team for the North America (NAM) region has assumed responsibility.

John Rutjes will become the Spokesperson for the North America region.

Tone Cresswell, currently Key Account Manager American Airlines, has been designated Head of Commercials NAM.

David Dennis, Head of Operations NAM, will remain in his position.

Within the overall organizational structure of the LSG Group, the regional functional leaders will have a functional reporting line to the respective Global Process Owners.

Tone began her time with our company in 2000 as Country and Sales Manager in Norway. After several career moves in the Corporate Sales Organization, she accepted her current position in the NAM region in 2014.
